My FOC day on every 4th of month and here comes our 10th Month Anniversary~ we went for dinner at Nandos~

in the past 9 months, we have gone through all sweet, sour, spicy, bitter tastes together... for this semester, due to our different time table and heavy assignment, might make us stress out...

we might seldom meet up even for lunch or tea but a little distance is what makes us stronger and closer, so we gonna miss and love each other more...

Early of 3rd sememster

Last week, since our college has started, our busy life begin...
really cherish every moment with DAV friends
cause most of them not going to stay for Advance.
During the 1st week of this sem,
me and my honey spent most of our time for outings.
We watched Valentine's Day, kinda funny and romantic =)

Mash Potato

I love to be cooking mama ^^
don't know since when... I start to love cooking, baking and make sweet deserts for my family and loves one... cause they can feel blissfulness and happiness when u cook something for ur loves one~ with just few simple steps, u can make a mash potato...

1st. Prepare few potatoes and peel off the skin
2nd. Cut into half or smaller pieces

3rd. Boil for 20-25min

4th. Boil... until a fork slips right through them

5th. Drain your potatoes and with heat off or low

6th. Smash it smash it!!! with tools (potato masher or electric mixer)

Add in some ingredients...

2-3 Potatoes
3 tbs Butter
1-2 cubs of milk
½-1 tsp Salt
add Salt and Pepper...

it's ready to serve ^^

Happy Valentine's Day 2010 with all DIY Cookies and Gift

Since this year CNY and Valentine are on the same day, darling and I need to accompany our own family at home and outing... so we decided to celebrate earlier at my home with all the DIY cookies and gifts

Mocha Casablanca Cookies

baking cookies ^^
being cooking mama is quite fun!
(actually this is my 1st time to bake cookies)
hehehehe!

preparing all the ingredients

210gm butter
80gm icing sugar
2tsp cappucino emulco
1/2 tsp salt

*Cream all ingredient above until light and fluffy

(Sifted together)
220gm plain flour
50gm corn flour
20gm potato flour
2tbsp milk powder
1/8 tbsp baking powder
50gm chocolate chip

*Add in all above ingredient, beat on low speed just until dough forms

*Pipe the dough with nozzle 4th and decorate with chocolate chips

*Bake at 150C in preheated oven for 10minutes

Taraaaaaaaaaaaaa......

Here I made for my darling "D Love J" which mean Desmond Loves Jessica... sweet love cookies^^

1st Prepare ingredients...

Ingredient A.
250gm butter
100gm icing sugar
1tsp butter emulco/oil

Ingredient B.
400gm plain flour
20gm corn flour
20gm milk powder

Ingredient C (Royal Icing)
360gm icing sugar
2 egg white
A pinch cream of tartar
Pink, Blue Colouring

1. Beat ingredient A until light and fluffy
2. Shift B and add in ingredient A, beat in low speed just until dough forms
3. Roll out the dough and cut with love shaped cookie cutter
4. Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 10min. Lets cool.
5.Decorate with royal icing

9th Months Anniversary

Group Assignment

Everyday collect varieties of advertisements from newspapers for my group assignment as I told my classmates since very early of the semester that I might not a good leader, but I'm a good follower... anyway I alrd did my best to run and work with my own group, apologize if I did or talked something wrong or make anyone not happy with me. But at last my group got high marks and did a very good job^^ thanks to all of them for cooperative^^ I appreciate that so much!

During Hari Raya holidays,
I worked & helped at my parents' shop as usual,
but there's no customer,
even no flies for me to slap also =.="

"last min plan for 1 day 1 night trip"
which was back to hometown on that night...
and all of us rushed back home to prepare and packing up our stuff.

and spend her holiday with us for 3 Days,
we all was really happy because of she

we went there for few time already but since
we are so bored to stay at home and
also my sister gonna back to DOHA by Sunday mid night,
then we make decision to spend our day at Bk.Tinggi.

Still have 7 Days more will be our Final Exam,

But I'm not ready yet....
what am I doing currently?
I'm suppose to study at my parents office
while I'm working at there once there's no customer,
but sometimes I just can't pay concentrate on it...
when customer came,
I need to close my books and notes and serve them...

That's why my times flies so fast because of working...
I wish I can stay at home for study,
but my parents will compare me with others girls/son

They always said:
"why others people can study while working? but why not me?*
I'm really pay very serious especially exam preparation...
I just hope they understand it...
*I wish to stay at home for revision*
I'm not like others...
I'm not a genius,
I'm not top student,
I need to revision few times

Such a great horror movie and

actually my babe will pick me up on time
from my house to college together for our 10am class...

Last week my babe went to my house
to help me for sushi making...
training him to be a future "chef" lol ...
and here we go...
I had did a lot of research...
google here google there... followed step by step...
and what we need are...

1) 2-3cups of Japanese Rice (use rice cooker will be better) ^^

Japanese Rice
Guess what? I badly burnt 3 cups of rice,
cause I was using pot to cook the rice
*silly me* sigh~
I followed exactly the info from google >.<

Then pity my dog (Coco) to finish my BBQ rice. ~sorry coco~

2) 4-5 teaspoon of Sushi Vinegar
(mix it with the rice, so that the Japanese rice will be sticky)

3) Nori (Seaweed)

4) Kani (Crab stick)

5) Japanese cucumber

6) Ebiko (Flying fish egg) pop pop popping sound when you eat it

7) Tamago

8) Bamboo roll

I was worked as a microsoft promoter at PC fair for 3 days
from 31 July 2009- 2 Aug 2009
well, the salary errrrhmmm really sucks and
we need to work like a cow > <
what to do? I need $$ "saving"...
I got no other agent offer us the high salary job.
At last... me, des, alicia, hann yaw and joey
accepted the job from the agent who offer to us....

We work as a promoter to promote Microsoft office Home& Student
and also Vista that can upgrade to Window7 (the latest OS)
and the price really "killing ppl"
Hard for us to sell *SOB*

just for my darling birthday.
I'm so touched that you all are around me,

I spend 4 days contineous "EXPLORING KL"

Day 1 Exploring KL
Went to Mid-valley to meet my eldest sis for go facial together,
but not enough time to buy my babe present.

Day 2 Exploring KL
I don't know why, maybe my "luck", at 1st I went to low yat for
window shop, asked bout the RedBox for birthday package
price and planned to pay them deposit,
but they only offer after 6pm
(then hmm no choice cause all of us only free at noon time),
So I just booked the room on the day of celebrate babe birthday.

After Low yat, I went to Times Square, Folio
and planned to buy Fish eye at there,
so that I don't need to explore KL for the next day....
but what?! I didn't find any "FOLIO", then horrr,
I asked the Directory counter...and what they said?...
"oh sorry, Folio alrd close" I was like...soo sad and swt==;
well, nvm then seems still have time.

I rush to mid-valley and buy it,
but I'm too blur...I miss the Pudu road and
went for the wrong direction
until I get lost my way to Pasar Seni >< ...
luckily Boon Boon guide me the way back to Mid-valley,
Thanks god that I have Boon guidance^^
Then guess what happen when I reached Mid-valley?....
I didn't bring my $$$$$ ATM Card / Debit Card and
I don't have enough cash in my pocket also...

Slimming Program (lose 2KG in 3 Days)

Today after finished my yoga lesson.
My yoga teacher was guide me the way
to shape up my
"fatty" body...
cause I saw she just flatten her tummy and shape up
just in short bout few weeks...
I really can see her result
and she told me that she
lose 2KG in just 3 days
*I wondering is that possible?*
Well I gonna try it
(anyone wanna try it with me?)
but that's only a part of slimming.
About this 3days slimming
is just for flatten and clean up "some" FATS.
Well here the tips ...
(Don't try if anyone have gastric or under medicine)
Only drink fruit+Veggie juice for 3 days
(e.g veggie, 1/2 lemon, green apple, carrot ...)
*Don't use Red apple because is sweet and
contain high sugar level than Green apple*
*No food, No bread, No coffee, No Milo, No any oil in just 3 days*
I'm wondering shall I try this?
or just exercise regular and shape up naturally?
but may take longer time...
Oh how much I hate the FATS inside my body ><;
Other than this 3 Days Slimming Program
that my yoga teacher guide,
She gimme another plan workout with
(Yoga+Drink Fiber+Food control) = Burn FATS
well thanks to my beloved mommy^^

after he finished his class,

even just weekday,

Yesterday I was accompanied my babe to Mid-Valley after class
for buy his favourite Artistic Design Puma Shoe
at "The Garden",
after that we window shop for few hours,
and then we saw Lomo Camera...

Especially this Fisheye lense 35mm...
I knew this camera outlook like "toys"
but this is Lomo "style".
You can snap a picture
that might giving you
surprise,
funny,
nice and different feeling from the real subject,

might also can get a picture that's similar feeling as a pro-photographer.
By the way The price are affortable too ...

Real Life Show ...
This morning, I was accompanied my mommy
to market before work.
Well what's in my mind bout
market = aunties world ><; After my mommy bought everything, we saw one of the market auntie (veggie-seller) was fight with her husband and their maid also. At 1st all of people was surrounded and see what's going on there. me & my mom was curious too, so we joined and watched real life fighting show ><; Then I saw that auntie was slap her husband face for twice, scolded him, and then pull her maid hair for few times... all of the people surrounded was get shock... finally we heard that was actually that auntie found out her husband have relationship *sex* with their maid (she's Indonesia, her out look quite nice also)... *No wonder larrr* Then that auntie was cried and scream at her husband... "why you treat me like this,we are husband and wife right now"... Oh really touched my heart that moment, I felt that I'm gonna cry it out also, when she shout at her husband. Fighting in the public really 100% embarrassing, people all around treat as a real life show. Some of those 38 auntie was supporting the (veggie-seller auntie), they said ... just shout it out! just slap him! just fired ur maid! just divorce with ur husband! Omg how can they said "Just divorce". I was wondering... is this call "marriage"?, the ending story? what bout they business? what bout their children? It's really a BIG mistake that her husband did and some of the not loyal man did this in their relationship even they have family when it reach the stage of argument. So, who's wrong ? *I wonder* Once Triangle relationship appear, everything will going to be very complicated. But what's the reason of appear this? Most people will judge that man... Man will out of control when meet a better one or someone seducing? Non-satisfy with his wife/lover? Woman non-understanding? shouting and always giving her man pressure like a bitch? Oh millions and billions of reason that a relationship change when a couple or husband & wife never fix it well their problems... and this the reason of 3rd person appear, reason of break up, reason of divorce, reason of suicide... Well this is what I'm observe from our reality life... It's not easy for the journey I knew, Anyway hope that market auntie and her hubby are fine. There's No Way happen to me& my babe,

but He's good actually,
I'm not much expectation on him at 1st,
not gonna complain this and that,
seems he's just our part-time tutor and 1st time to be teach in college.

he mention bout AMSD office had confirm with him,
that we don't need to do
literature review and methodology part.
So this will be the Good News

for those who had done all this with hard work.

My Best Sister In the world

Last Friday Night
My dear sis, was came back from Doha for only 2 days to be with our family.
I almost 1/2 year never meet my sister...
how much we miss her...
My sis actually was went to Australia study for 3 years
when I was 12 years old,
then back to Malaysia again for worked only for 1/2 year at KL
when I was 15 year old,
after that she interested, successful interviewed & been selected
to be air-stewardess "Qatar Air-line" at Doha until now.
Many ppl will ask: "you are for sure not that close to ur sis alrd ?
seems she always away from home"
Well maybe my sis born with wings and
flying everywhere around world.
haha
But we are still as very close as usual,
no matter how far she go and
how long we didn't meet,
no matter what topic of conversation,
we are feel interesting to listen and talk with ^^
She's really my Idol,
my perfect sister in the world ^^
Everytime I was thinking of her
when I see the empty bed next to me in my big room,
and missing her so so so muchie,
all the unforgettable moment when she back home ...
the random things we will do are ...
like watch movie in the mid-night,
with all the potato chips, drinks and
make the whole living room messy,
heart-to heart chit-chat topic until mid-night 4am in bedroom,
throw all the pillows on the floor and haha make it messy,
then asked our maid to tidy up ><; what a bad gurl. hehehehehe sometime just want to be naughty and had fun. Well we all really cherish the moment with my dear sis, cause she can't able to be back home often due to her flight schedule. sob sob she just came back home for twice in this year. Today I was suffer from stomach ache....
maybe yesterday ate *rubbish food* ><; and drank "cold" drinks, omg I'm so regret ><; midnight at 4am++ I was terrible suffer ... "stomach soooooo pain" then keep on going to washroom "clear stock" ... 5am, 6am, 7am .... (ohhh my stomach totally empty), somemore 8am lecture class, no matter what I will attend (seems I think I'm "okay"), because don't wanna miss anything from study (my result alrd worst, if still miss out the class, I'm sure will drop to the hell), then my granny keep asked me to eat breakfast (put a small little cake inside my bag) *ohh how nice my beloved granny* ^^, but I really no mood to eat ...until I felt hungry at lecture hall, when havin 5min break time (finally I ate the cake given by my granny), after finish class, plan to join my geng of friends at TBR for 2 in 1 (breakfast + lunch) haha, but ...I think my stomach need something plain and clean, so I decided to go old town cafe, *love their toast bread* ^^ after finish my bread and tea ... again my stomach unwell.... then went to washroom again for 30min ... ><; sooo suffer, john wanted to find me *he thought I fainted inside the washroom*, after clearance ... (really don't dare to eat anything... I was like ..uhhhh eat what, shxt what) until I lost my tummy in just a day.... ><; is that a good news? or is that a good way "rapid fast" for slimming? I knew is totally wrong, but really wanted to slim down my self in short period... (I'm just like a ugly duck, hoping a day to be a swan), well anyway ..."need TIME" .... ulala anyway luckily I'm fine after "clearance for the whole day. see ya

Time flies extremly fast, we had belong together for a month,
haha we planned for lunch together.
For convenient and don't need waste 2 car petrol,
we just plan to meet up at putra lrt station,
but something happened when I drove my car alone
when I was on da way at the highway from college,
was going to the putra station,
I don't know why suddenly 3 motor (6 malay guys)
keep followed my car,
they are one at my left ,one at my right and another one at behind
(they are surrounded and was so near to my car)
* I was so scare, I donno what to do, I donno what's next*
(somemore that day I heard bout rape case that my classmate told me)
omg I hope I'm not the next.
Then one of the malay guy was keep pointing at me by his cigaret.
I don't dare to look at them
( actually I was wanted to show them middle finger)
but not to make them angry, better "ignore.
What's in my mind is ...
"don't look at them, ignore them, stay cool,"
no matter what happen,
I won't stop & will stay inside my car.
Then for safety I drove to the nearest petrol station.
( they won't dare to near me) seems petrol station many ppl.
Then phew thanks god, they are gone.
(curse them die fast *bang by lorry* )
(sorry that I'm being EVIL curse but they are CAN'T FORGIVE) ,
then I drove to putra station and wait for my babe.
After that I told him all bout the incident,
well sorry for make him worry again,
that time I was no time to make a call to him
cause I can't stop my car at middle of the road.
Well anyway as long as I'm fine.
Then we went to KLCC for lunch,
But that time I'm still can't able to calm down and slow down my heartbeat,
cause that kind of feeling really worry and scary.
After a walk, window shop and lunch with my babe,
finally gain back
my steady mood.
